The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing motivational leadership by public school principals in capital Amman and its relationship promoting a culture creativity among teachers from their point view. A descriptive correlative survey method was used. questionnaire designed as tool, consisting (28) items, divided into five domains. It distributed random stratified sample consisted (360) schools Kasbah district, university governorate. results concluded that capital, Amman, teachers’ view, obtained total average (3.86 out 5), meaning (high) practice. Morale with an (3.93) finally administrative motivation (3.67), all them practice (high), level came (4.16 i.e. at two areas; flexibility field got (4.25) rating (very high), then originality (4.08) availability for creativity. Schools teachers, based on results, researcher recommended need encourage find new strategies methods contribute teachers.
